		The Cottage "Sunbeam Cottage" is situated on the West Coast of Scotland in the fishing town of Girvan. The Cottage is only 3 minutes walk from the beach and promenade with harbour, looking out to Aisa Craig, Kintyre, Arran and the Irish Coast. The cottage is centraly located, although in a quiet area with no through traffic, and has easy access to all local amenities, shops, boating pond, swimming pool and tourist information centre.
	The cottage has been recently fully refurbished and is a beautiful place for a quiet break away. The cottage consists of one double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room, with small garden and parking facilities. The cottage is fully equipped to the highest standard for the perfect self catering holiday.
	Rental Prices - this includes gas, electricity, bed linen and towels Weekly rental prices range from 150 pounds depending on time of year.
	Pets Small pets are welcome in the cottage
